Pricing Information

At  NRE FASHION, we are committed to offering you the most competitive prices on our products. Please note that we cannot guarantee our prices will be the lowest in your area or region. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice. Despite our efforts to ensure accurate information regarding products and pricing, there might be occasions where errors in pricing or product details occur. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a pricing or product information error,  NRE FASHION  reserves the right to either reach out to you for further instructions or cancel your order, followed by a notification of the cancellation.  NRE FASHION  reserves the right to modify prices and will notify you via email or cancel the order as needed.

Cancellation by NRE FASHION

Please be aware that there are occasions when we might be unable to process an order and have to cancel it. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for various reasons. Reasons for cancellation may include limited stock availability, discrepancies in product or pricing details, or concerns flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. We might also need extra verification or information before we can finalize any order. If your order is partially or fully cancelled, or if we need more details to proceed with it, we will get in touch with you. In cases where your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will ensure the amount is refunded to your Card Account.

Cancellations by the Customer

NRE FASHION  holds the discretion to approve or deny requests for order cancellations, based on various factors. We only allow cancellation in COD orders. Typically, if a cancellation request is received and the order hasn't been processed or approved by us, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and approved.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

NRE FASHION  maintains the right to reclaim the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals who engage in fraudulent activities on the site. Additionally, we reserve the right to take legal action against individuals for fraudulent use of the site or any other illegal activities that violate these terms and conditions.

Credit Card Details

By using  NRE FASHION's services, you acknowledge and agree that the credit card information you provide is accurate and valid, and that the card used is legally yours. You must use your credit card in transactions. You also agree to supply correct and valid credit card details to  NRE FASHION. We assure you that your credit card information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for fraud verification or as required by law, regulation, or court order.  NRE FASHION  is not responsible for any incidents of credit card fraud. The responsibility for any fraudulent use of a credit card lies with the cardholder, and you must prove otherwise if disputed.
